Property Listing Terms

These supplemental terms apply to anyone listing a property — sale, rental, holiday let or share — on Women4Business, in addition to our main Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility
- You must be a verified member, with admin-reviewed ID verification approved before any property listing goes live.
- You must have the legal right to list the property (owner, authorised landlord, or written authority from the owner).
- For holiday lets, you must comply with local short-let registration schemes (e.g. Greater London 90-day rule, Welsh and Scottish licensing where applicable).
2. Subscription plans & quotas

Prices are in GBP exclusive of UK VAT; VAT will be added at checkout where applicable. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
3. Listing standards
- Listings must be accurate, current, and not misleading. Photos must reflect the actual property.
- Rental listings must comply with the Tenant Fees Act 2019 (England), the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 or the Private Housing (Tenancies) (Scotland) Act 2016 as applicable.
- You must hold a valid EPC (where required) and gas/electrical safety certificates for rentals.
- You must comply with right-to-rent checks where the property is in England.
- Discrimination contrary to the Equality Act 2010 is prohibited (other than the lawful single-sex framing of the platform itself).
4. Holiday lets
- You must hold appropriate planning permission, registration and insurance for short-term lets.
- You must comply with fire safety regulations (Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005) and any local licensing scheme.
- Pricing must include all unavoidable fees; misleading drip-pricing is prohibited under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.
5. Enquiries & transactions
We facilitate enquiries between members. We are not an estate agent, letting agent or booking agent, and do not handle deposits, holding fees or rent. You are responsible for all contracts, tenancy paperwork, deposit protection and money handling.
6. Removal
We may remove listings that breach these terms, our Acceptable Use Policyor any law, and may suspend accounts for repeat or serious breaches without refund of the current subscription period.
