Manifesto
I spent years as the only woman in the boardroom. Working three times as hard for a third of the recognition. Watching men walk into rooms I had to fight my way into.
I was once offered a career opportunity I had earned — and told I would need to choose between it and being a mother. That they didn't want me "compromised." I said thanks, but no thanks.
I refuse to believe that becoming a mother revokes a woman's right to earn in whatever capacity she chooses. I refuse to accept that the playing field is fixed. And I refuse to build something that asks women to shrink themselves to fit.
Women4Business was built for every woman who has been underestimated, overlooked, or told to wait her turn. This is the platform that doesn't ask you to choose. No inaccessibility. No compromise. No over-compensating for an unfair system.
