Acceptable Use Policy

This policy supplements our Terms of Service. Breach may lead to content removal, account suspension or permanent termination, and where appropriate referral to law enforcement.
You must not
- Misrepresent your gender, identity or eligibility to use a women-only platform.
- Post unlawful, defamatory, threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory or hateful content.
- Post sexually explicit content, nudity, or content sexualising minors.
- Bully, dox, stalk, intimidate or incite violence against another person.
- Share another person’s private information without consent (including images).
- Use the platform to commit fraud, money laundering or tax evasion.
- List prohibited goods or services (see below).
- Solicit off-platform payments to avoid fees, evade buyer protection, or hide tax.
- Spam, mass-message, scrape, harvest data, or run automated bots.
- Circumvent verification, reporting, or rate-limit controls.
- Upload viruses or any other malicious code, or attempt to compromise the platform’s security.
- Infringe intellectual property (counterfeits, unlicensed copies, trademark misuse).
- Operate multiple accounts to evade a suspension or to manipulate reviews or visibility.
Prohibited goods & services
- Weapons, ammunition and regulated knives.
- Recreational drugs and drug paraphernalia.
- Tobacco, vapes and prescription medicines.
- Alcohol (without appropriate licences and age-verification arrangements).
- Live animals.
- Adult services, escort services or sexual content.
- Gambling services, lottery tickets, raffle entries.
- Financial products requiring FCA authorisation, unless you hold the relevant authorisation and disclose it.
- Medical devices, supplements or treatments making unverified health claims.
- Stolen goods, counterfeit goods, or anything else illegal under UK law.
Reporting violations
Every profile, listing, thread, comment, product, business and review carries a “Report” button. We review reports within 5 working days and act proportionately. Urgent safeguarding concerns: email hello@women4business.comwith “URGENT” in the subject.
