Directory Listing Terms

These supplemental terms apply to anyone listing a business in the Women4Business directory, in addition to our main Terms of Service.
1. Tiers

Founder members receive Standard free until our public launch (1 August 2026), then the introductory £4.99/month rate applies for 12 months. All paid tier prices are exclusive of UK VAT; VAT will be added at checkout where applicable.
2. Eligibility
- Listings are for women-owned or women-led businesses. We may request evidence.
- The named owner of the listing must be a verified member.
3. Content standards
- Listings must be accurate, current and lawful. Logos, photos and copy must be yours to use.
- No misleading claims about qualifications, regulatory status, awards or endorsements.
- Reviews submitted by members must be genuine; incentivising fake reviews is prohibited.
4. Regulated services
If your business provides legal, financial, medical, immigration or other regulated services, you must disclose your regulator and registration number on your listing.
5. Reviews
We host member reviews in good faith. We may remove reviews that breach our policies, but we do not arbitrate factual disputes between reviewers and listed businesses except where required by law (defamation, harassment, illegal content).
6. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid tier at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month; your listing reverts to Basic.
