Directory Listing Terms

These supplemental terms apply to anyone listing a business in the Women4Business directory, in addition to our main Terms of Service.

1. Fees

Basic directory listings are free. Any paid listing plan taken out before listings became free continues until you cancel it from your account.

2. Eligibility

• Listings are for women-owned or women-led businesses. We may request evidence.
• The named owner of the listing must be a member with a verified email address. Listings are reviewed before they go live.

3. Content standards

• Listings must be accurate, current and lawful. Logos, photos and copy must be yours to use.
• No misleading claims about qualifications, regulatory status, awards or endorsements.
• Reviews submitted by members must be genuine; incentivising fake reviews is prohibited.

4. Regulated services

If your business provides legal, financial, medical, immigration or other regulated services, you must disclose your regulator and registration number on your listing.

5. Reviews

We host member reviews in good faith. We may remove reviews that breach our policies, but we do not arbitrate factual disputes between reviewers and listed businesses except where required by law (defamation, harassment, illegal content).

6. Cancellation

If you still have a paid plan from before listings became free, you may cancel it at any time from your account. Your listing stays live on the free tier.
